Monitoring Bridges and Quay Walls – Amsterdam

Firm Ground Engineering is assisting the City of Amsterdam in the transition of the monitoring of the bridges and quay walls to the standing organisation.

The Program Bridges and Quay Walls of the City of Amsterdam manages approximately 200 km of inner city quay walls and 800 bridges. Firm Ground Engineering has assisted the City of Amsterdam in the past with the development of a monitoring strategy for the Program. This strategy enables the monitong of bridges and quay walls to ensure a safe and accessible city.

We will now assist the City to transition these monitoring activities to its standing organisation. An assignment we do as a proud member of the Kristal Compagnie Co-operative.
